Our Corporate History
Turkey's pioneering solar energy implementers
GESPA started in the early days when very few companies in Turkey applied solar energy. For over two decades, we source products directly from manufacturers, transform field-learned insights into products, and build systems with our own engineering team.

2005Founding
Starting Among the Sector's First Wave
We started operations in Manavgat when very few companies were implementing solar energy in Turkey; our first photovoltaic system sales and commissioning projects were completed during this era.
2008Supply Chain
Direct Import from Manufacturers
We established direct relationships with manufacturers for panels, inverters and batteries; the direct supply chain provided permanent advantages in pricing and delivery time. During the same period, we completed our 100th off-grid system installation.
2012Research
Leadership in New Product Categories
We brought new product categories entering the Turkish market—such as solar water heaters and solar-powered irrigation pumps—to the field; we launched product development work based on usage data.
2015Scaling
Transition to Industrial Scale
We transitioned from residential applications to industrial and tourism facilities; end-to-end engineering–supply–construction (EPC) competence in industrial rooftop and land-based projects, including distribution company approval processes, became part of our service.
2019Export
Cross-Border Supply
We began exporting—supplying panels, inverters and complete systems for international projects; our global manufacturer and supplier network expanded.
2022Incorporation
Gespa Enerji Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti.
With growing project volume and corporate partnerships, we restructured our operations under a limited company umbrella; our trade registry registration was completed on 01.11.2022.
2023Growth
15 MW Installed Capacity
We reached over 15 MW of installed capacity in the region; remote monitoring and maintenance (O&M) services became a standard part of every project.
2026Innovation
500+ Projects and Expanding Product Family
Over 500 completed projects across Antalya; we expanded our product family with GES Marketim e-store, B2B wholesale supply and the AI-powered AI Lifeguard Support System.
Our activities under the GESPA brand have continued uninterrupted in Manavgat since 2005; corporate restructuring was completed on 01.11.2022 with registration of Gespa Enerji Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi in the trade registry.
